Group sessions are held once per week and will have no more than 10 athletes per group. Sessions are held Monday – Thursday from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm at various locations based on program objectives.
The cost is $200 for 5 weeks ($125 for 2018 confirmed Rush athletes).
