Our youth track and field program is built to introduce young athletes to the essential foundations of speed, strength, and movement in a fun, supportive, and competitive environment. Through expert coaching, age‑appropriate training, and a commitment to developing confidence and athletic skill, we equip young athletes with the tools they need to excel both on and off the track. Whether they’re new to the sport or seeking to elevate their competitive performance, our program provides a positive pathway for growth, teamwork, and long‑term athletic development.

At the helm of our coaching staff is Coach Terrell, head coach of Bishop Alemany’s track and field team and one of the most respected developers of youth and high‑school talent in the region. His track record speaks for itself—literally. In 2022, he led the GHCHS team to a historic CIF State Championship, marking the first LA City Section victory since 2005. Under his leadership, athletes have achieved remarkable milestones, including a City Section 4×1 relay record in 2023 and a state record of 40.29. His coaching has helped athletes earn scholarships to prestigious universities such as Duke, Yale, USC, LSU, and UCLA. With a training approach centered on individualized development, he has guided sprinters, hurdlers, and field athletes to city, state, and national titles. The question is—Are you ready to be the next champion?
