Pre-Season Sessions
We are very excited about the program offerings we have for the upcoming 2025-2026 track and field season. Athletes need to train for speed by running fast, with long recovery periods and a gradual increase in training volume. We’ve put together a pre-season training program for youth, high school and collegiate athletes who are dedicated and committed to taking their game to the next level.
As the head coach of Bishop Alemany’s track and field team, Coach Terrell’s track record speaks for itself (pun intended!) In 2022, he led the GHCHS team to a historic CIF State Championship and the first LA City Section victory since 2005. His expert coaching helped set records, including a City Section 4×1 relay record in 2023 and a state record of 40.29. Coach Terrell has mentored athletes to earn scholarships at prestigious universities like Duke, Yale, USC, LSU, and UCLA. With a focus on personalized training regimens, he’s helped sprinters, hurdlers, and field athletes achieve city, state, and national titles, consistently developing young talent into top-level performers. Are you ready to be the next champion?
