Let’s get ready for a great season! The 2025 season officially begins on Monday, July 14! Practice will be held Monday through Friday, from 6:00–8:00 PM at Louise Park (7140 Louise Ave, Lake Balboa — on Sherman Way between Balboa and White Oak).
For the first two weeks, your athlete should come to practice in shorts, a t-shirt, cleats, and a mouthpiece. Please make sure they also bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.
When you arrive, please check in at the registration desk to confirm all required paperwork, payment, and contact info are on file. Once cleared, your athlete will receive a wristband to join their team on the field. Athletes without a wristband will be directed back to the registration desk.
Physicals
Physicals (form below) must be completed and the form must be stamped/dated by a physician in order for your athlete to practice. Below is an option for a sports physical if you are unable to get in to see your regular physician.

Birth Certificates
Original birth certificates are required to be turned in for any new football players. These will be returned after our certification and weigh ins. Original passports can be submitted in lieu of a birth certificate.
Uniform Fitting and Helmet Distribution
Uniform fitting will take place on Sunday, July 20th.
