I have received overwhelming interest in the upcoming National Youth Football Championship tournament, so I am sending this to everyone. Future emails and communication will only go to those who have registered for the tournament.
Step 1 | Tournament Dates
This Las Vegas Tournament will take place from November 24 through November 27 in Las Vegas, NV. Players will need to arrive by 2 pm at the Rio Hotel and Conference Center for mandatory team weigh in.
Step 2 | Fees – Due by Friday, October 22nd
The total fee for each player is $75 ($20 for the team confirmation and $55 for the player registration fee).

Step 3 | Discount Game Passes
Game passes are required for anyone over 12 years old. Passes are required to enter the stadiums to watch the games.
The DEADLINE for ordering Game Passes for the discounted $15 price is Thursday, November 4. After Thursday, all passes will be $20 and will need to be purchased when you arrive in Vegas (CASH ONLY). Game passes are not sold at the stadiums!
Step 4 | Discounted Circus Circus Adventuredome Tickets
Adventuredome is an indoor theme park at the Circus Circus hotel. On the day that the team doesn’t play, we take the kids to this fun amusement park. Discounted Adventuredome tickets are available for purchase for $35 ($40 if not purchased in advance) prior to November 4th.
Do not buy this ticket for any child under 42” – they are limited to “Junior Rides” only and you can purchase a Junior Ride bracelet for less at the park. Chaperones not riding do not have to purchase tickets, admission is free.
Step 5 | Team Hotel
Ideally, it works out better if we stay together as a team. It makes disseminating information, transporting kids and making sure the teams are on the same page that much easier. We have decided to utilize the Rio Hotel as our “team hotel” for this trip:

Please let me know if you will be staying with family, or have other arrangements. We will receive a credit if the majority of our teams stays at one of these tournament hotels.

Step 6 | Practices
Practices for this tournament will take place after we have completed our playoff, Super Bowl and All-Star games. All practices will continue to take place at Louise Park.
Step 7 | Required Forms
Please complete and email back to me the Hold Harmless and Medical Release Form. Every player will need a form completed.
Step 8 | Team Rosters
If you are joining us from another organization, I will need a copy of your team’s certified roster to submit to the tournament director. Please get a copy from your team manager and email it to my attention.
