GREETINGS!!
The weather is looking clear and we are excited to begin our track season.
This year is bringing slight adjustments to our schedule and I want to thank you in advance for being patient and adaptable.
For the remainder of February – we will be practicing at Northridge Park and CSUN with the focus of the workouts tailored to strength, conditioning, form and technique. Practices will be held on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays during the following times:
