Welcome to Valley Rush Track & Field 2026! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

We’re excited to kick off another incredible season of Valley Rush Track & Field. Our coaching staff can’t wait to see our returning athletes and welcome all new members to the #RushFam.

Practice Information
Track practice begins the week of February 9^that Bishop Alemany High School located at 15241 Rinaldi St, in Mission Hills.

Born: 2018 – 2021	Sub Gremlin Gremlin	Mondays and Wednesdays	6-7 pm
Born: 2016 – 2017	Bantam	Mondays and Wednesdays	6:30-8 pm
Born: 2008 – 2015	Junior Youth Intermediate	Tuesdays and Thursdays	6-8 pm

Registration Details
Secure your athlete’s spot! We’re approaching maximum capacity for the 2026 season. Registration Fees are $250 for the season if registered prior to the first day of practice. Register here.

Your registration includes:

Team uniform
Insurance coverage
Meet ribbons and medals
End of Season Banquet
End of season trophy

Age Verification: New athletes must submit age verification (birth certificate or passport) to adreena1122@gmail.com by March 1^st.

Athlete Equipment Guidelines

Required Footwear:
Wear the right shoes – For practices, please wear a pair of lightweight comfortable running shoes (no Vans, Converse, Uggs, etc.). Beginning Monday, February 16 all divisions except Sub-Gremlins will be required to bring a pair of track spikes to each practice.

There are spikes for every budget: Nike Air Zoom Maxfly, Under Armour Kick Sprint or Saucony Spitfire 5
Purchase extra 3/16″ pyramid replacement spikes from Amazon or VS Athletics.

Practice Attire:
Dress appropriately for the weather – wear t-shirts or tank tops and shorts that are made from performance or tech materials which help to keep you cool and wicks away sweat to stay dry during the entirety of practice. On colder days, layer with sweatpants or leggings and a sweatshirt or light jacket.

Age Divisions (Birth Year):
Your child’s age division is determined by their year of birth

2020 – 2021 | Sub-Gremlin
2018 – 2019 | Gremlin
2016 – 2017 | Bantam
2014 – 2015 | Junior
2012 – 2013 | Youth
2010 – 2011 | Intermediate
2010 – and older | Young Adult
