Hello, hello everyone!
Today is our first official day of football practice! Beginning today, practice is Monday – Friday from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Louise Park (7140 Louise Ave, Lake Balboa).
For practice all your child will need during the first two weeks is shorts and a t-shirt, cleats and a mouthpiece. Please have your child bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.
Upon arrival, please check in at the registration desk where we will confirm that we have all your paperwork, payment and correct contact information. Your signature will be required on the player application form if you signed up online.
Once cleared, your athlete will receive a color-coded wrist band to head to their team to begin practice. Any athletes without a wrist band will be sent back to the registration desk.
Physicals
Physicals must be completed and the form must be stamped/dated by a physician in order for your athlete to practice. Below are two options for a sports physical for approximately $20 if you are unable to get in to see your regular physician.

From July 1 to October 31, 2022 get a sports physical for just $20.
Offer is available for high school students and younger at any of their ExpressCare clinics in SoCal.
Birth Certificates
Original birth certificates are required to be turned in for any new football players. These will be returned after our certification and weigh ins on August 6th. Original passports can be submitted in lieu of a birth certificate.
Uniform Fitting and Parent Meeting
We will have a uniform fitting on Friday, July 22nd, at 6 pm.
The parent meeting will be at 7 pm.
Spirit Wear and Practice Jersey Personalization

We will be providing helmets, shoulder pads and practice jerseys after the kids complete 20 hours of conditioning. Each athlete will receive a practice jersey. Optional customization is available with a name (nickname) or name and number combination. You can personalize your practice jersey here.
My son is coming home from camp on July 27th . I see the practice dates on the bottom and he will be at the first one when he gets back but I don’t see anything after the 22nd.
I have a copy of his birth certificate because we are waiting for our new passports which include our birth certificates.
