Good morning! Weigh-ins will commence at 8:00 AM at Royal High School located at 1402 Royal Avenue, Simi Valley. Please see the map below of where to park and where the staging area is. PARK IN THE WEST Lot. NOT where you may have parked last year.
MASKS ARE MANDATORY INSIDE THE GYM – NO EXCEPTIONS
We will need 1 volunteer (NOT THE TEAM MANAGER) from each division to help with weigh-ins. We will need at least 1 representative throughout the day to help.
Here are the official times for each division. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. We can not weigh in if even one person is missing.
Mighty Mites: 8:00 – 8:30
Bantam: 8:30 – 9:00
Freshman: 9:00 – 9:30
Sophomore: 9:30 – 10:00
Junior: 10:00 – 10:40
Senior: 10:40 – 11:30
Have your athlete wear their practice jersey (will be handed out this week) and shorts – no helmets or pads.
Here are some reminders to make this process more smooth:
1) Carpool as much as possible.
2) Times will be impacted positively and negatively by the preparedness and cooperation of your teams.
3) If your teams are ready early and we have an open scale, will will bring your team in to be weighed.
4) Every player from your team must be present when you arrive at the check in table.
Parents must remain in the Parking Lot or Staging Area.
