NYFC Las vegas Tournament

Thank you for joining us for the upcoming NYFC Football tournament in Las Vegas!  This is a fun and exciting tournament where our teams are scheduled to play teams from Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico and California.

Tournament Dates

The tournament will take place from November 23 through November 26 in Las Vegas, NV.  Players will need to arrive on Wednesday, November 23 by 1:00 pm at West Flamingo Park | 6255 W. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas 89103.

We will host a walkthrough practice and caravan over to the Rio after practice for mandatory team weigh ins. We must weigh in as a team.

Your team manager is creating a Vegas-specific Band App and will add you so that you may get information during the trip.

Fees

The total fee for each player is $75 ($20 for the team confirmation and $55 for the player registration fee).  All fees must be paid ASAP in order to complete your child’s registration.  Invoices have been sent for any remaining balances.

Also – all regular season registration fees must be paid in full in order to participate.

Game Passes and Circus Circus Adventuredome Tickets

Game passes are required for anyone over 12 years old.  Passes are required to enter the stadiums to watch the games and can be purchased at the Rio during weigh ins for $20 – CASH ONLY! Please be advised that game passes are not sold at the stadiums!

Adventuredome is an indoor theme park at the Circus Circus hotel.  On the day that the team doesn’t play, we take the kids to this fun amusement park.  Tickets are available for purchase for $40 at the Rio as well.

Do not buy this ticket for any child under 42” – they are limited to “Junior Rides” only and you can purchase a Junior Ride bracelet for less at the park.  Chaperones not riding do not have to purchase tickets, admission is free.

Required Forms

Please complete and bring with you the Hold Harmless and Medical Release Form.  Every player will need a form completed.  

Team Rosters

If you are joining us from another organization, I will need a copy of your team’s certified roster to submit to the tournament director.  Please get a copy from your team manager and email it to my attention.

As a precautionary measure, please have a copy of your child’s birth certificate on hand in case we need further age verification.
