Registration
Complete athlete registration here.
The registration fee is $250 for the first athlete, $225 for the second athlete and $200 for the third athlete. The registration fee covers each athlete’s uniform, trophy, insurance and meet ribbons and medals.
Age verification for new athletes is required. If you have not already done so, please email a copy of your athlete’s birth certificate or passport to adreena1122@gmail.com.
Beginning, Tuesday, February 21 your child will only be allowed to practice if they are registered, and payment is received. Track & field is a competitive sport and all athletes must attend at least two practices per week and three meets to be on the team and be eligible to compete in our Open/League Finals and IECs.
What should my athlete wear?
Wear the right shoes – For practices, please wear a pair of lightweight comfortable running shoes (no Vans, Converse, Uggs, etc.). Beginning Tuesday, February 21 your athletes should start bringing a pair of track spikes. There is a sprint spike for every budget, some examples can be found here: Nike Air Zoom Maxfly, Under Armour Kick Sprint or Saucony Spitfire 5 . Please practice spike safety – carry your spikes in a bag and only wear them after instructed to do so by your coach.
If you purchase your spikes from Fleet Feet, you will receive a 10% discount if you mention you are from Rush.
Additionally, to save money, you should consider purchasing a bag of 100 3/16” pyramid replacement spikes from Amazon or VS Athletics.
Dress appropriately for the weather – wear t-shirts or tank tops and shorts that are made from performance or tech materials which help to keep you cool and wicks away sweat to stay dry during the entirety of practice. On colder days, layer with sweatpants and a sweatshirt.
Spirit wear – T-shirts and hoodies are available for purchase on our website and usually take about a week to process the order. Spirt wear orders will be passed out at practice.
Uniforms will be handed out during the week of March 13th.
